Jenn Duffy is a loyal, energetic, and passionate professional offering extensive experience within the Film Production industry.
After graduating with a psychology degree from California State University, Northridge, she was offered a job as a production assistant for a commercial production company, in Santa Monica, CA., and the moment she first stepped into the office, she knew she had found an industry that suited her personality. Charismatic, ambitious, and hardworking, with an innate ability to creatively problem-solve, her success is reflected in the wide range of projects she has worked on during her 14+ years within the film industry.
Working all over the world, she has produced hundreds of TV Commercials and film events. Her hunger for knowledge, and determination to turn information into action, has contributed to her most notable accomplishment, winning a Daytime Emmy Award in 2018. Working with the Truth Foundation, bringing awareness to the rising opioid epidemic, the project filmed the powerful imagery of real patients detoxing from heroin on camera, 24/7 for four days, creating long-form videos to run on an LED cube in New York City. She spearheaded all the physical production logistics from project award to completion of filming. Utilizing her considerable strengths in team leadership, organization, and creative support, collaborating with the directors, clients, and agency to successfully film two patients who remain sober today.
Jenn believes mindfulness in the workspace is the key to success - a tenet she lives out through her interest in integrative energy work, health, and wellness. During covid, she achieved certification in personal training, a deeper understanding of the human anatomy, and success in building a very niche workout program. She considers herself a "forever student," always eager to build on her portfolio and expand her career moving forward.
